Community Service Chair Joe Ryan volunteered at the Cameron Park Spring 2026 community cleanup on Saturday, April 18, held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Camerado Springs Middle School’s parking lot. In partnership with El Dorado Disposal, the Rotary Club of Cameron Park, and El Dorado County Environmental Management, the event included a convenient drop-off area for used bicycles.
Joe coordinated with Gary Clarke on the bike count, and near the end of the event, Gary and Stuart Warner arrived to load approximately 23 bicycles, along with several scooters and tricycles. The bicycles will be taken to Folsom State Prison on April 28, where they will be refurbished and later distributed to individuals in need.
