Morgen Earle, community outreach program manager with the Center for Violence-Free Relationships, is passionate about connecting people through education, storytelling and digital media. His work focuses on raising awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault while encouraging conversations about healing and recovery.

At the Center, Earle helps lead community education events, multimedia campaigns and video production, using a trauma-informed approach to share stories of resilience and human connection. Through his outreach efforts, he has also built an online community of more than 600 followers.

Earle will also promote the upcoming Walk a Mile in Her Red Shoes fundraiser, part of a global campaign in which men walk a mile in red high heels to raise awareness and funds for the prevention of domestic violence, sexual assault and gender-based violence. The event will take place Saturday, October 17, beginning and ending at Placerville Town Hall, with a route along historic Main Street. Check-in opens at 9 a.m., and the walk begins at 10 a.m. Among the participants are El Dorado County District 1 Supervisor Greg Ferrero and Folsom Rotarian Ryan Jantzen, district governor nominee for Rotary District 5180, and El Dorado Hills Rotarian Wayne Lowery.

With experience in marketing strategy, donor cultivation and content production, Earle brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his presentations. He offers audiences practical tools, authentic stories and, above all, a message of hope.
